We offer a 30-Day 100% total satisfaction guarantee.  If you are in any way not 100% happy with your PoolKlar purchase simply email us at sales@poolklar.com with your order no for a full refund (less the £2.50 cost of the carriage). 

Please keep the product as a gift from us for taking the time to try out SuperKlar.

Notes:

1. Limit of one refund per customer.

2. Applies to 100g or 400g pack sizes only.  Larger sizes may not be returned unless reported as delivered damaged.

3. Any damages during delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt - please email us with a picture so we can claim off the courier.
